NU Online News Service, Dec. 9, 10:09 a.m. – PeopleSoft Inc., Pleasanton,Calif., has scheduled a Dec. 26 release for PeopleSoft CRM for Insurance, a software system that can help a life insurance company sell and administer policies while customers or their representatives are interacting with the company.
The system can handle customers who communicate with a carrier through captive agents, independent agents, call centers and the Web, and it is designed to work with an insurer's existing policy administration systems, ratings engine and claims management systems, PeopleSoft says.
