NU Online News Service, Dec. 9, 10:27 a.m. – The Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association, Chicago, has agreed to help market Genesys Suite 6 customer management software from Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories Inc., Daly City, Calif., a unit of Alcatel, Paris, to its member health insurance companies.
The software can help steer customers who call a company or contact it through the Internet to the people and automated systems best suited to help them, Genesys says.
