NU Online News Service, Oct. 14, 10:04 a.m. – PacifiCare Behavioral Health, Laguna Hills, Calif., a unit of PacifiCare Health Systems Inc., has won a contract to manage mental health and substance abuse benefits for the Alameda Alliance for Health, Alameda, Calif.
Alameda Alliance provides major medical benefits for 86,000 people through California's Healthy Families Program and other programs.
