NU Online News Service, Oct. 1, 1:30 p.m. – HealthExtras Inc., Rockville, Md., a pharmacy benefit management company, has hired Stephen Konsin to be chief operating officer.
Konsin previously was president of RX Partners, a prescription management and distribution organization owned by The University of Pittsburgh Health System.
From 1995 to 2001, Konsin was chief operating officer of Retired Persons Services Inc., Alexandria, Va., a pharmaceutical services company.
David Blair will continue to be HealthExtras' chief executive officer.
HealthExtras has also hired Lorraine Morrison to be sales director. Morris was a regional marketing director at Express Scripts Inc., St. Louis, a large pharmacy benefit manager.
