NU Online News Service, Sept. 26, 12:40 p.m. – American Skandia, Shelton, Conn., has designated the BISYS Group Inc., New York, as a preferred third-party administrator.
American Skandia will now recommend BISYS services to retirement plan sponsors that manage about $300 million in retirement assets.
BISYS can provide plans and participants with valuation services, recordkeeping services, Web services and call-center services.
American Skandia is a unit of Skandia Insurance Company Ltd., Stockholm.
