NU Online News Service, Sept. 25, 12:38 p.m. – UnitedHealthcare Inc., Minnetonka, Minn., has hired Kenneth Fasola to be its chief operating officer.

Fasola previously was chief operating officer for market operations at Humana Inc., Louisville, Ky. Fasola has also been the chief operating officer for Humana's small group division.
