NU Online News Service, Sept. 25, 11:15 a.m. – The BISYS Group Inc., New York, has acquired First Northern Financial Resources Inc., Duluth, Minn., a 37-year-old insurance brokerage firm that specializes in the wholesale distribution of annuities, long-term care insurance and traditional life insurance.
The price of the deal and other terms were not available.
First Northern has offices in Minneapolis and Duluth.
