NU Online News Service, Sept. 10, 10:19 a.m. – Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana, Baton Rouge, La., has agreed to use Impact Pro predictive modeling software from Integrated Healthcare Information Services Inc., Waltham, Mass.
The software will help Louisiana Blue identify health plan members who are likely to develop catastrophic health problems and offer those members preventive health services and care-management services.
