NU Online News Service, Sept. 5, 10:26 a.m. – SCOR, Paris, and the Gerling Group, Cologne, Germany, are engaged in discussions with a view to a possible acquisition of Gerling?fs entire life reinsurance activities and the majority of its third-party non-life reinsurance activities, the companies announced today.
SCOR said the board of directors will inform SCOR?fs shareholders of the outcome of these discussions in the coming weeks.
