NU Online News Service, Aug. 14, 10:38 a.m. – Health Net Inc., Los Angeles, has hired Mark El-Tawil to be president of Health Net of Arizona, its Arizona health plan.
The Arizona plan provides or administers major medical coverage for 178,000 people.
El-Tawil previously was a vice president at PacifiCare Health Systems Inc., Santa Ana, Calif. He ran the PacifiCare region that includes Arizona and Nevada.
