NU Online News Service, Aug. 7, 1:14 p.m. – Pacific Life Insurance Company, Newport Beach, Calif., has decided to license customer relationship management software from Pivotal Corp., Vancouver, British Columbia, for its annuities and mutual fund division, Pivotal says.
Pacific Life will be using the company's Pivotal Wireless system to help annuity division wholesalers link to customer information and sales inquiry information systems while on the road.
