NU Online News Service, July 16, 11:57 p.m. – Allstate Financial Group, a unit of The Allstate Corp., Northbrook, Ill., has agreed to use the VARDS-based annuity research and marketing system sold by Pivot/Info-One, Campbell, Calif.
Pivot/Info-One, which has been competing for annuity sales system accounts with AnnuityNet Inc., Leesburg, Va., is a unit of Wachovia Corp., Charlotte, N.C.
