The new member firms are Colorado Financial Group, Colorado Springs, Colo., and The Priestley Company, Birmingham, Ala.
Colorado Financial specializes in estate planning and developing asset transfer arrangements for businesses. J. David Briggs is the president.
The Priestley Company specializes in disability insurance, employee benefits and executive benefits. Mike Priestley is the president, and Priestley and Karen Grace are the principals.
