NU Online News Service, July 1, 12:43 p.m. – MedAmerica Insurance Company, Pittsburgh, will be marketing a prescription drug discount program from ScriptSave Inc., Tucson, Ariz., to holders of its long-term care insurance policies.
ScriptSave has negotiated discounted rates from 30,000 pharmacies.
MedAmerica, a unit of Excellus Health Plan Inc., Rochester, N.Y., is the insurer running the new, voluntary LTC program for New York state public employees.
