NU Online News Service, June 20, 12:21 p.m. – Firepond Inc., Waltham, Mass., has released the Insurance SalesPerformer Suite of health insurance sales software.
The software package helps insurers with selling health coverage and managing accounts through a direct sales force, brokers and agent networks as well as through the Web, Firepond says.
Components include a core SalesPerformer Configurator system along with a broker services module, an enrollment module and a renewal module.
