NU Online News Service, June 4, 2:50 p.m. – The National Association of Insurance Commissioners today released a second draft of a proposed interstate compact that would provide for uniform standards and a single point of filing for several lines of insurance. The latest draft includes long-term care insurance.
The draft was written in preparation for a public hearing scheduled during the summer NAIC meeting in Philadelphia starting later this week.
