NU Online News Service, May 23, 10:34 a.m. – CorVel Corp., Irvine, Calif., a health care management company, has acquired AnciCare PPO Inc., Miramar, Fla.
AnciCare runs a network of offices that provide diagnostic imaging services, such as MRIs, CAT scans and bone scans. The company has offices in 30 states.
The deal value and other terms were not immediately available.
