NU Online News Service, May 20, 1:24 p.m. – Clark/Bardes Inc., North Barrington, Ill., says its compensation consulting division will be working with ProAct Technologies Corp., White Plains, N.Y., a benefits software company.
The companies have formed a partnership to combine Clark/Bardes's executive compensation products and services with ProAct's technology for gathering and reporting financial data, Clark/Bardes says.
The companies hope to develop systems that will give executives up-to-date reports on the total value of their compensation and benefits packages, including traditional, company-sponsored plans and non-qualified plans, Clark/Bardes says.
