NU Online News Service, April 26, 2:45 p.m. – Benefit Software Inc., Santa Barbara, Calif., is promoting its Fringe Facts Online Web service as a tool to help employers explain the skyrocketing cost of health benefits to employees.
The service creates a comprehensive, Web-based summary of all company-provided employee benefits, along with the cost of each benefit to the company and the employee.
Benefit Software also sells an off-line version of the service.
