NU Online News Service, April 15, 1:15 p.m. – CIGNA Corp., Philadelphia, says its group insurance unit has set up a Web-based disability insurance claim notification system at http://www.cigna.com
Workers can use the Web system with any Internet browser, without setting up any passwords or log-ins, CIGNA says.
Once the system collects the basic information, an insurance case manager calls the employee to make contact and get any additional information that might be needed.
