NU Online News Service, Nov. 5, 4:03 p.m. – Conseco Inc., Indianapolis, says its chairman, Gary Wendt, recently bought 1 million shares of Conseco common stock for an undisclosed amount.
Additionally, 10 other members of the senior management team purchased several hundred thousand additional common shares after the earnings release blackout period ended, the company says.
