NU Online News Service, Aug. 13, 4:25 p.m. – The American Benefits Council, Washington, a group that represents sponsors of employee benefit plans, has posted a detailed chart comparing the four major managed care "patients' rights" bills now in play in Congress — H.R. 2315, H.R. 2563, S. 889 and S. 1052.
