NU Online News Service, Aug. 1, 5:34 p.m. – Clark/Bardes Consulting Inc., North Barrington, Ill., a large, national benefits and compensation consulting firm, has signed a letter of intent to acquire Lyons Compensation and Benefits L.L.C., Waltham, Mass.
The Lyons Companies L.L.C., Waltham, a life insurance agency and investment advisory firm, organized Lyons Compensation in 1987. The firm has a national compensation and benefits consulting practice.
The value of the proposed deal was not available.
