NU Online News Service, July 11, 10:33 a.m. – The Coalition for Affordable Quality Healthcare, Alexandria, Va., a trade group for large health insurers and health maintenance organizations, has upgraded its Web site, at http://www.caqh.org
The site now provides more information about carrier quality initiatives, such as programs for managing the treatment of asthma and diabetes, the coalition says.
CAQH says it is planning to add an online database of member plan drug coverage information for doctors, and a common system for approving the credentials of doctors and other health care providers.
