Junxure announced enhancements to its cloud-based CRM platform, Junxure Cloud, that include streamlined navigation and expanded reporting capabilities.
The newest version of the application – Junxure Cloud Version 4.0 – will be available in wide release this week.
“With the release of version 4.0 we are enhancing the user experience so that our users can focus on outcomes rather than the use of the tool itself,” Greg Friedman, president and CEO of Junxure, said in a statement.
Version 4.0 includes new navigation that maximizes screen space for client data and minimizes mouse clicks. It also now includes customizable record quick links, which provide one-click access to the most important client information.
There’s also a new suite of reports included in the new version that expedites meeting prep, tracking client interactions, checking employee time, monitoring client revenue and more.
“As the wealth management industry is becoming more competitive and complex, advisors need access to critical client data so that they can enhance their service level, while being more productive and efficient,” Friedman said in a statement. “Junxure Cloud 4.0 brings in new reporting, decision support applications and a streamlined interface to make firms more competitive.”
In the summer of 2014, Junxure announced the general release of its cloud-based customer relationship management solution for financial advisors. Shortly thereafter, it announced the first major upgrade to the cloud-based CRM program.
