Gemini Launches ‘Due It Yourself’ Due Diligence Center

Offers access to videos, information and documents related to specific business interests

Gemini Fund Services LLC., a provider of pooled investment vehicles to independent advisors, announced Tuesday that it has launch of a new Due Diligence Center that “will serve as a comprehensive online resource for prospective clients seeking to launch their own investment vehicles.”

According to the company, the center will enhance the information-gathering process for advisors by providing seamless access to videos, information and documents related to their specific business interests.

"It’s really an interactive, educational website that allows the user to research the steps involved in setting up their own investment company and mutual fund," says Andrew Rogers, president of Gemini Fund Services. "It also allows for them to perform their proper due diligence on the various service providers. We’re putting our 10 years of data, research and expertise out there for them to have at their fingertips. "

Prospective clients will receive an ID and password that allows them to log in to the Due Diligence Center. Once in, they can access an extensive package of videos, downloadable information and documents that are relevant to theirspecific inquiry, including information related to compliance, controls, procedures, and Gemini's services and history. Gemini will also be able to provide prospective clients with a proposal of services, tailored to their needs, via the Due Diligence Center.

"The genesis of the site was really to continue the educational process," Rogers says. "Our people are out there speaking with advisors all day long about stating their own investment vehicles. This site provides them with the answers. As far as we know, it’s the first of its kind in the space."
