                                                   materials from advisors like yourself and truly appreciate what the late Jon Henschen
                                                   and Gavin Spitzner contributed over the years.
                                                     As is also the case with the judges of our annual LUMINARIES awards, we are
                                                   tremendously grateful for the time and talents shared with us by financial services
                                                   professionals. Our efforts always reflect the contributions of many individuals and
                                                   industry players who support our immediate team. I send the families of Henschen
                                                   and Spitzner our deepest condolences and gratitude.
