Bluespring Wealth Partners, an RIA aggregator that is part of Kestra Holdings, has expanded its leadership team with the hiring of Graeme Lee, AIF, as head of strategic growth.
Lee spent the past five years at LPL Financial leading some of its growth efforts, such as its Strategic Wealth program. Before that, he worked for Kestra Financial for roughly eight years as head of business consulting, according to his LinkedIn profile.
In his new role at Kestra, Lee will lead Bluespring’s organic growth strategy, advisor experience and its integration of value-added services from across Kestra Holdings’ entities — which, in addition to Bluespring — include Arden Trust Co., Kestra Investment Services, Kestra Investment Management, Kestra Advisory Services, Kestra Private Wealth Services and Kestra Institutional Services.
Joining Lee’s team are strategic relationship directors Jeremy Ransom and Jon Bartholomew, who will focus on practice management efforts as well as mergers and acquisitions at Bluespring’s wealth management firms.
Ransom was most recently the principal at Ransom Capital Ventures, while Bartholomew a regional director in the National Accounts group at Dimensional Fund Advisors.
"We’re pleased to welcome such impressive leaders to the Bluespring team,” said Bluespring President Pradeep Jayaraman. “We’ve hit the ground running this year from both a firm acquisition standpoint, and with the expansion of our strategically minded talent.”
Kestra Holdings has about $117 billion assets under advisement and $66 billion in assets under management.
