Dynasty Financial Partners on Monday announced that Lindsey Strawhecker, a long-time Raymond James executive, has joined the firm as its first director of transitions.
Strawhecker is tasked in the role with driving process improvements and technology initiatives to streamline advisor onboarding and support. She comes to Dynasty after nearly two decades at Raymond James, where she most recently led teams similarly focused on advisor transitions and onboarding technology initiatives.
Shirl Penney, CEO and founder of Dynasty Financial Partners, pointed to Strawhecker’s “leadership [experience] and fresh perspective” as key factors in her hiring.
From the firm’s home office in St. Petersburg, Florida, Strawhecker will oversee Dynasty’s transition services team. This includes managing the onboarding of new advisory firms and ensuring that processes are optimized for efficiency and end-client satisfaction.
Strawhecker will also spearhead collaboration across departments to identify best practices to elevate Dynasty’s support for financial advisors. She will report to Gordon Ross, chief client officer.
“I’m eager to bring my experience to a firm that values innovation and collaboration,” Strawhecker said in a statement. “I look forward to working with this exceptional team to make transitions seamless and rewarding for advisors.”
