JPMorgan Chase this week announced the hiring of two senior leaders for its wealth management unit, including Jane Bailey, a 19-year UBS veteran who will be the group's chief financial officer.

Bailey was CFO of UBS Americas & Wealth Management Americas for the past 11 months.

At JPMorgan, she reports to Bori Cox, CFO of consumer and community banking, and Kristin Lemkau, CEO of J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

The firm also hired a new chief content and communications officer for the wealth unit: Jennifer Barrett, who also reports to Lemkau.

Barrett was previously head of content at Fidelity. Before that, she was chief education officer for Acorns, a mass market digital investing platform. Earlier, Barrett was the personal finance editor at CNBC.
