Long-term care lags far behind other aspects of retirement planning…

Only 16% of advisors said half or more of their clients are planning for long-term care for their retirement, versus 57% who say more than half their clients are including plans to pay for their health care (including Medicare) and 81% who have more than half of their clients including Social Security in their retirement planning.

Advisors said only 26% of their clients, on average, are factoring long-term care into their retirement plans.
