The Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) talks, which were delayed by the government shutdown in the U.S. are now being impacted by yet another blight on the reputation of the U.S. — the recently revealed spying on the leader of Europe's strongest economy. The talks, however are going forward.
