GMO food fight brings in big bucks in Washington state

GMOs in food cause major players in the industry to put their money where their mouths are.

Massive amounts of money are pouring into Washington state in an attempt to win a fight regarding the labeling of foods that contain genetically modified organisms (GMOs). Labeling opponents have raised $21 million while labeling supporters have raised $23.5 million.
