The Secretary of Health and Human Services was unable to explain to Jon Stewart why businesses were given a one-year postponement from the employer mandate while individuals are not given "the same courtesy." A fumbling Sebelius was not able to answer the logical question which has become a major, legitimate, Republican talking point.
