Obamacare site to go offline for more repairs

The nascent site has weathered harsh criticism for its technical glitches.

Healthcare.gov will go offline Monday night for maintenance and improvements meant to ease the site's technical issues. Health and Human Services has said that the site will be back up at 1 am Tuesday morning, hopefully with improved functionality.
