The Department of Health and Human Services released a mountain of data this week regarding the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA). The release detailed the number of carriers and their premium prices across various parts of the country that have left aspects of implementation up to the federal government. Average Americans have been inundated with so much misinformation regarding PPACA that they might not know who to trust and what to believe.
