Disclosing the gap between worker and CEO pay is one of the more straight forward provisions of the Dodd-Frank Act, but it seems to be one of the more difficult to implement. Big industry has activated a concerting lobby effort against the rule arguing that it is too onerous to collect all that data. Perhaps, that job should be delegated to the well-paid CEOs.
