NYC doctors are now prescribing fruits and vegetables

Some New Yorkers need more than a reminder to eat their fruits and vegetables. They need a prescription. Obese and overweight patients are being given Health bucks, part of NYC's effort to avail low income people to fresh food and vegetables. And now, NYC's deputy mayor and health commissioner is expanding the program so that overweight patients can be prescribed health bucks.
