Is the country safer six years on from when we first heard cracking in our financial system? Apparently not. The nation's five biggest banks are even bigger than they were then and represent nearly 55 percent of U.S. GDP, up 12 percentage points from where it was five years ago. So, is too big to fail a mainstay of America's financial sector?
