Chris Christie is looking to perfect his competently calibrated image as a beacon of cross-party cooperation by attending a leadership convention in Chicago with Bill Clinton instead of hitting the Faith Freedom Conference with other Republican presidential hopefuls. While this may help get re-elected in New Jersey this year, it may hurt his image with staunch conservatives.
