With Bill Richardson and Eric Schmidt in North Korea on a civilian trip, we may be sending the dynastic regime the wrong message. "Useful idiots" is how Sen. John McCain referred to the two. Both the civilian delegation who wish to appease the regime and the Obama administration that formally and perpetually waves its finger at the regime may be missing the point; UN resolutions do not seem to be working so, bankrupting the regime through punishing the very institutions that help it launder its money may be the best bet.
