Chris Dodd, a former Democratic senior from Connecticut, is fighting in a different arena nowadays. As CEO of the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA), Dodd now lobbies on the behalf of the U.S. film industry. Instead of skirmishes over health care and finance reform, he focuses on getting the motion picture industry and Silicon Valley to cooperate on copyright regulation. It's a battle every bit as intense as any he faced in Washington, D.C.
