We really like that our financial professional does it all. He's very well-rounded. He's got a CPA as well as a CFP and some other designations, too. So, all our finances are taken care of in one central location. We don't have to talk to anyone but him. It's much simpler that way.

He's one of the good ones. When we first started working with him, he sat us down and explained to us right upfront how much he makes off various financial products, laid it all out for us. He told us that he wanted everything to be transparent for us. He also said that he would recommend the products that were best for our specific situation regardless of what was in it for him. Financial planning is his second-act career, and he went into it because he wants to help people.

He's cute! And a real sweetheart, too. He's a devoted family man to his wife and daughters—the ideal man, I guess. We met him through our church. They were having a financial planning day, where different experts were offering free advice. That's how we met him. He's just a really good man. That's what I like best about him.

That's easy: his honesty. We have worked with [our financial advisor] for over 12 years, and he has proven himself to be on the up and up. He's got a huge practice—lots of clients—and I know it's because of his high morals. I know it's unusual to say that about anyone in the financial industry these days, but he's a real gem.
