Friday is vice president of AMA Insurance Agency Inc., Chicago.
The other 2011 officers of PIMA, Chicago, are Edwin Miltenberger of Covington, La., president-elect; Samuel Fleet of Warwick, R.I., treasurer; Daniel O'Brien of Sleepy Hollow, N.Y., secretary; and James Gallagher of Columbus, Ohio, immediate past president.
