StanCorp Investment Advisers Inc. announced it has completed the acquisition of Florida Financial Advisors Inc.

StanCorp Investment Advisers Inc. announced it has completed the acquisition of Florida Financial Advisors Inc.

Florida Financial, Tampa, Fla., was founded in 1984.

StanCorp Investment Advisers is a unit of StanCorp Financial Group Inc., Portland, Ore. (NYSE:SFG), a provider of employee benefits and financial services.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
