Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota has started using InsureConnect sales automation technology in the small group market.

Minnesota Blue, Eagan, Minn., will be phasing in use of InsureConnect and other systems from Connecture Inc., Atlanta, over several years, according to Connecture.
