CIGNA Corp. has acquired Kronos Optimal Health Company.
The CIGNA HealthCare arm of CIGNA, Philadelphia (NYSE:CI), has been building a business that offers health screenings and other services at the worksite.
Kronos, Phoenix, also offers health services at the worksite. The company, founded in 2002, can provide lifestyle management sessions and face-to-face health coaching sessions as well as health screening tests.
Kronos has been a CIGNA vendor for several years.
CIGNA is not saying how much it is paying for Kronos.
