The new Easy Start 401(k) plan could help small businesses add retirement benefits.
Great-West Retirement Services, Greenwood Village, Colo., a unit of Power Corp. of Canada, Montreal, says it developed the product to suit businesses that do not yet offer 401(k) plans.
Employers that choose to sponsor the plans can have them up and running in about 15 days, Great-West says.
