Thomas J. McHugh, previously of Radnor, Penn.-based McHugh Associates Inc., will join Logan Capital this week. He will independently manage clients' portfolios using the same Large Cap GARP (Growth at a Reasonable Price) investment approach he developed at McHugh Associates.
