Hewitt Associates Inc. is rolling out a program that can help employers reduce medical claims costs and other costs linked to diabetes.
Consultants at Hewitt, Lincolnshire, Ill., will review the level of diabetes risk at a client employer; compare the level to the level of risk at other employers; look for gaps in an employer's diabetes coverage and care management programs; and recommend strategies for improving programs and cutting costs.
